“I wish I could give Mike and his team 10 stars. I had been thinking about window replacement for a long time but it felt really intimidating. I sent out requests for bids on Yelp and Mike called me right away. He was so consultative and answered all my questions, and helped me understand how to take measurements so I could get comparative bids. I got 3 other bids; Mike was the best priced and 100x better to work with so I went with Harbor. I have very specific style that needed to be matched, and I also really wanted double hung, Mike went WAY above and beyond to find what I was looking for, and giving me his professional opinion along the way. We had multiple phone conversations for him to help me make a decision, he was so kind and patient will all my questions.

The day of installation also completely blew me away. A big crew showed up right on time, Pete was overseeing the project and he was fantastic. Super communicative and the whole crew was really respectful of my neighbors, plants around the community and shared spaces. My HOA president even complimented how great they all were. Whats even more amazing is they finished in a single day, and swept/vacuumed/wiped down the work space so my home was clean to come back to! The Anlin windows are absolutely beautiful and really high quality, it’s a total game changer in my space. I can’t believe I waited so long to do this, I am so happy and I felt SO well taken care of by the way Mike and Meghan worked with me along the way.

“We recently had 24 Anlin windows and 2 sliding doors installed by Harbor Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial quote to the project completion, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. We were initially considering a different brand, but after discovering Anlin, we did our research and contacted Mike. He was incredibly responsive, straightforward, and provided us with a competitive quote. We are very impressed with the high quality Anlin windows and doors. The glass is almost see-through, which has allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view outside. The windows and doors have also made our home much quieter, and we no longer have to worry about outside noise. Additionally, the temperature inside our home is comfortable, even without having to turn on the AC or heater, while the outside temperature ranges between 54°F to 87°F.

“I had a great experience working with Mike and Meghan. I got four quotes for my window job before deciding to go with Harbor Construction. Mike was patient with my many questions, helped me to understand the pros and cons of various options, and was never trying to upsell me or pressure me to sign immediately. In fact, he talked me out of upgrades that weren’t going to benefit me. Unlike other companies that quoted the job, with Mike, I felt like I was speaking with a window expert rather than a window salesman, and that gave me confidence in his advice.

They noticed some paint damage on the screen door and said they would have Anlin replace it under warranty. After they left, I had an issue with the latch on the screen door as well, which also fell under the warranty. A couple weeks later, they brought out a new screen door and now everything is all set.”
